Our Commercial management services are based on the generation three types of agreements:

1. Partnering arrangements – a project-based alliance with one or more organisations for business opportunity, for example the generation of a joint venture alliance for sharing major capital investment on highly complex projects.
2. Project agreements – these are required for the design and construction of the facility or asset; for example Construction and Tie-In agreements.
3. Legacy agreements – these are required for the operation of the facility or asset; for example  a joint operating agreement or transportation and processing agreement.
