Procurement Management

Our Procurement management services is based on a supply chain strategy that using the principles of category management, a process whereby third party supply chains are segmented into defined categories of spend.

This segmentation is achieved through portfolio analysis, identification of principal supply chains, and by applying the category management process to those principal supply chains.  The purpose is to segregate the goods and services to a grading based upon their criticality and projected spend.  Our supply chain strategy focuses on the high criticality categories and looks for cross-business unit synergies that may provide increased leverage and thereby secure increased attention from your contractors and suppliers.

Contract Management

Our Contract management is based on the day-to-day process of administering and managing  your project delivery contract.  This activity includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with contract obligations including pricing, processing of variations and amendments, management of contract correspondence, and negotiation of claims.
